Wood flooring installation system

The Bona floor installation system uses Bona resilient flooring adhesive and moisture barrier film to effectively solve common installation issues, including floor expansion and contraction, hollow sounds, noise caused by nail-hole deterioration, and moisture problems from the subfloor.
In addition, floor-levelness has a direct impact on installation comfort. To address uneven subfloors, Bona has specially developed a concrete sanding system that provides a long-term repair solution.

Video Introduction
Concrete Floor Leveling System
Even slight unevenness in the floor can cause height differences, bumps, and an overall uneven feel when installing wooden flooring.
Bona’s subfloor sanding system helps correct these issues, improving the long-term performance and comfort of wooden floor installation.
R848T Silane-based Resilient Floor Adhesive
Silane-based materials are non-toxic and have low indoor emissions, so long-term use will not affect the moisture balance of wooden floors.
Their strong bonding strength helps control expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, while adhesive installation also improves floor stability and reduces hollow sounds and noise.
R590 moisture-proof base coat
This single-component silicone primer is specially designed for use before installing wood flooring and effectively seals residual moisture in cement mortar or concrete (moisture resistance up to 5% CM / 90% rH).
In addition, it can be used to reinforce weak subfloor surfaces. This product is water and solvent-free, and contains no liquid bulking agents that migrate after curing.
